SHIPPING METHODS IN KYIV

Pickup from showroom

In Kyiv, you can pick up your order directly from PRZHONSKA showroom (Kozhumyatska 14b str., office 2).

Showroom is open on preliminary call on weekdays 12am - 8pm (EEST). 

Courier delivery 

Delivery in Kyiv is free.

Delivery is carried out by courier the next day after order confirmation. These conditions apply on weekdays - Monday to Friday. If the order is received in the weekends or holidays, delivery is made after order confirmation on weekdays the following day.

When ordering, specify the delivery address. Upon order confirmation, our manager will agree the desired delivery time with you.

LOCAL DELIVERY (UKRAINE)

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by courier service "Nova Posta" within 48 hours from the order confirmation time. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing tracking number to follow its progress online.

Address delivery is available only when paying for the order by card online at PRZHONSKAYA.COM/SHOP.

Local delivery is free.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At the checkout select your country and fill in the postcode, city and your contact information. You will receive your purchases in 10-14 working days after your order has been placed and confirmed.

International delivery is free. You may be liable to pay import duties upon receipt of your order. 

CHANGING ORDER

To change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at + 380 50 358 58 78 or via e-mail. Our assistant will check if the service is available at your zip code and will select the best delivery option for you.

If you want to change the delivery time, please inform the manager at + 380 50 358 58 78 or via e-mail, and we will promptly correct your order.
