EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Make sure the merchandise you return is unused and in its original condition, all tags, packaging and original documents confirming the fact of purchase included, or otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.

You should return your purchase should within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns that do not meet our Exchange&Return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

In Kyiv, exchange or return is possible by courier service, or you can personally bring your purchase to our office: Kozhumyatska 14b str., office 2, from 12:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday.

In Ukraine, exchange is possible through the services of Nova Poshta. Returns via Nova Poshta are free. You can exchange or return the items within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Remember, your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send us a request first before shipping the items. 

Send your returns with a shipping service of your choice. The shipping cost is at your expense.
