HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
Using the navigation menu, select the item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button underneath each item. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. Click on CHECKOUT to complete your order. To place an order, specify your personal information, convenient methods of payment and delivery. After completing the checkout, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and a manager will contact you to confirm the order and clarify the necessary details if necessary (for international orders we will just send the e-mail confirmation without calling back). We work daily from 10am to 7pm EEST (excluding weekends). If the order is placed after 7pm, the manager will contact you the next morning. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel the order by calling us or sending us an e-mail request. If you have already made a purchase using the card, the refund will be credited to the original card account within seven business days.
CURRENCY
All orders in Ukraine are paid in the national currency of Ukraine (UAH)
International orders are paid in the currency of your card, but while paying the price in UAH will be indicated, depending on the current exchange rate fixed to EUR.
PAYMENT FOR ORDERS IN KYIV
If you choose courier delivery in Kyiv or pickup from the showroom you can pay:
- by bank card on the site
- in cash on delivery
PAYMENT FOR ORDERS IN UKRAINE
If you choose Nova Poshta as shipping method you can pay your order by credit card online only.

Payment by credit card online
We accept Visa/MasterCard cards.
When ready to make a purchase, choose «Credit Card Payment» as payment method and then click PAY MY ORDER button. It will redirect you to the payment gateway (Liqpay).
Credit card payment for international orders
Payment for international orders is available via Portmone payment system.
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be redirected to Portmone gateway. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to PRZHONSKA.COM
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS WITH CARD PAYMENTS
Before paying by credit card, make sure that the limit set by your bank for online transactions allows you to make a payment. If the allowed limit is lower than the cost of the item, contact the bank to authorize the transaction.
